PRICES The Retail Prices shown are recommended Retail Prices and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.

PRICE CHANGES The prices in the price list are correct at the time of going to press (errors and omissions excepted).

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS SUPPLIED The property in any goods despatch shall remain with the Company until such time after the delivery as the buyer has paid all his indebtedness to us. On this event, the property shall irrevocably pass to the buyer.

GOODS OUT OF STOCK Items, which are not in stock, will be entered on Back Order if you do not want items to be back ordered please inform our customer relations department in writing. Should any goods be correctly supplied from a back order but such goods are no longer required, the customer must inform our customer relations department IMMEDIATELY. Return of unwanted goods which are correctly delivered from a back order will only be accepted if the goods are returned in perfect condition.

DELIVERY Our normal U.K. methods of delivery are Post and Carriers.

CLAIMS Our goods are sold subject to the implied terms as to quality, description and fitness contained in the Sales of Goods Act 1979. It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignments of goods upon arrival for correct quality and description plus any transit damage. Any Transit damage must be marked on the carriers documentation upon acceptance of delivery. Claims MUST be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods to our Customer Relations Department.

GUARANTEE In the case of goods developing faults, our Customers Relations Department should be notified in writing. Goods must not be returned under Guarantee until our consent has been obtained. If, on examination of the goods by us if required, we find that defects arise from faulty materials or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the goods free of charge. Note: We are unable to accept any liability save to the extent and in the circumstances described above. In particular, we cannot be liable for any financial loss, injury or damage caused to the buyer or any other person caused by any defect in the goods except to the extent that our negligence caused it or contributed thereto. We cannot therefore be responsible for the negligence of others.
